Owners,
Lee & Chris Keller
As long time residents in the Aberdeen community, we are eager to share our passion for fitness and exercise instruction in the newly remodeled Sweat Zone Hot Fitness Studios. With 10 years of instruction experience, Lee and I (Chris) are overjoyed to offer an inspiring place for all fitness types, levels and ages. After working with multiple local connections to make the new studio possible, we can finally say that our dreams have come to fruition and we couldn’t be prouder of the fitness community we have built.
If you’re ready to sweat, we’re ready for you!
