High Intensity Interval Training class with bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. This class will have loud, pump-up, fast beat music. It’s a 60 minute class with 40 minutes of fun and intense HIIT strength and cardio followed by 20 minutes of core work.
Strength HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training class with bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. Fun music with cardio and strength movements to work upper body, lower body and core.
Pilates
Pilates Flow
Pilates is a series of precise movements to strengthen your core muscles while making you more flexible. During Pilates Flow the individual learns a series of exercises and then links them together to appear as if you are constantly moving.
Pilates HIIT
Using pilates movements in a High Intensity Interval Training series with varied recovery times and cardio.
Yoga
Yoga Flow
Also known as Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga that involves coordinating yoga poses with the breath in a series of flowing sequences. Yoga Flow is also a great way to get your cardio in for the day.
Restorative Yoga
A style of yoga that focuses on relaxation and stillness to help the body and mind recharge. It’s a 60 minute class of holding yoga stretching poses for longer periods of time while listening to flowing relaxing music and enjoying the heat.
Beginners Yoga
This is the class to become familiar with yoga poses and the heat of the hot studio. Learn the yoga poses in a 60 minute class while flowing through a low intensity yoga flow sequence.
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a full-body workout that combines yoga poses, strength training and cardio to tone muscles, boost metabolism and burn calories. This 45 minute workout includes weights and yoga poses.
Barre Yoga
Barre Yoga is a type of exercise that combines ballet, yoga and pilates movements into a low-impact, full-body workout. Use the ballet bar to practice balance and strengthen your entire body.
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a low impact workout using a chair to flow through a yoga sequence. This 45 minute class is great for seniors, people with mobility issues or those recovering from injuries.
Cycling
Cycling
Cycling classes are designed to be low-impact but high-intensity, and can help improve strength, speed and endurance. Come sweat it out in the hot studio for 30 to 45 minute cycling classes.
