Open Studio

Open Hours

Sweat Zone’s open studio times are available to a variety of fitness levels and are a perfect fit for members whose fitness needs may vary from the structured studio classes. Designated times of the day will be open to older adults, patients recovering from injury or surgeries, sports teams and private groups.

Older Adults

Those with limited mobility can relieve arthritis pain, ease into exercise and reap all the benefits from yoga while using a chair for support.

Rehab and Post Surgery Patients

After surgery or an injury, soothe weak muscles with gentle exercise offered in our relaxing, heated studio environment.

Sports Teams

Athletes have an opportunity to relieve muscle tension with restorative yoga and improve sports performance through customized personal training.

Available Times

Our typical open studio times are:

7am to 11:30am
1pm to 3:45pm
7pm to 9pm
You’re welcome to use our studios from 5am – 9pm provided there’s no class in session.
Our open studio is free to members and available with a day pass.
